A question about the Dragon Age games?

I'm a huge fan of RPGs, when the other day I seen a trailer for Dragon Age 2. What I saw downright fascinated me, it looked good. I tried the demo, it too was excellent. But the one thing I have a problem with is not knowing if it has free roam, or is it like Mass Effect 2?



Does the game continue on, even if i'd beat the main quest?



Is there always enemies to battle?



Should I get Origins before Dragon Age 2?



Any help would be appreciated!!(I own a ps3, sadly my pc can not handle the new games these days)A question about the Dragon Age games?
Definitely get Origins first.



Both Origins and DA2 are set at nearly the same time, meaning events will cross over and influence from Origins. I'd recommend the Ultimate edition of Origins, as that should have all the DLC which are really good.



Also, by the time you've completed Origins, DA2 should be a bit cheaper which is always a bonus.
