Is Dragon Age Origins Worth it?

Is it good? Which system is it best on, next to PC? Would my PC be able to run it with pretty decent graphics?

Specs:

Vista

3gb of RAM

Nvidia Geforce Go 7600

AMD Turion 64 x2 (2.00GHz, Dual-core)

My laptop can run Oblivion on decent settings with consistent lag in wide environments (like the forests). Is Dragon Age Origins Worth it?
The game surpasses the Xbox and the PS3 versions easily, Bioware announced pre-release that the title will be focused for the PC. On top of the better graphics you get a complete new camera angle which is not featured on the console-versions of the game, here you have the ability to fly over the battlefield to give tactical orders or just watch the fights from above.

Regarding your PC specs: I doubt that your graphics card is good enough, from what I've read it runs on a 256mb based GPU. You will most likely encounter the not so shiny side of DA:O; the low-detailed graphics. The game will boot and run but it will nothing like running the game on a recent PC.Is Dragon Age Origins Worth it?
If you go to http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/ all you have to do is select the game and it tells you if you can run it.

it also is a great game it got a 9/10 review. Is Dragon Age Origins Worth it?
If you like games like Oblivion, Dragon Age is a good one. It's easily one of the best RPGs of the year. I got it for 360 and have no complaints in terms of how well it runs. I've heard the PS3 version has occasional graphics glitches, but I've never seen them myself.
