I Need a Good Gaming PC Help?

i want a PC that can play the best games (Risen,Dragon Age origins,Wolverine Origins,Fallout 3,Modern warfare 2, etc) at maximum graphical setting. Where can i find one or what is a specific PC i should buy i know some cost thousands but i would like one from $1-$500 and if it can play the game at moderate setting they would be fine. Or a good site with a custom PC building program that's easy to useI Need a Good Gaming PC Help?
I suggest build your own. It's way cheaper especially for gaming PCs. There are many tutorials online and many books about it. Do NOT buy an alien ware computer. They are way overpriced and far from the best.
