Is this a good gaming pc?

I wanted to know if this is a good gaming PC that could run games like dragon age origins, oblivion, fallout 3, and mass effect smoothly.

So can it run them smoothly?Is this a good gaming pc?
IT can run games pretty smoothly although I don't think at maxed settings to be honest!

and a ATI 5770! But since they are just 1 step up, it might cost a lot, so it's your choice!

You should be able to play just about any game. Though not at max settings.
