im debating which version i wanna get. right now im leaning pc but still undecided.Dragon Age 2: PS3 or PC?
I went with the PS3 version, but that's just 'cause I like having my stuff on consoles (I'm a PC gamer too, but I just prefer consoles). I think it depends on whatever is most comfortable, is it more comfortable to play a game on your PC or play it on your PS3?
Dragon Age 2 is well considered and cannily crafted. It cleverly keeps a sprawling decade-long story on a personal level by grounding players with a family to care for, as well as characters and friends that continue to resurface over the course of the story. It's this half of Dragon Age 2 which we like the most, as it gives you the opportunity to meet genuinely interesting characters such as Fenris, an escaped amnesiac slave with lyrium tattoos and a lust for killing wizards.Dragon Age 2: PS3 or PC?
Unless you have a good Quad-Core processor at 3ghz and a good graphics card, I would stick to the PS3 version.
If you have the hardware to play it, get it for the PC. You can always hook you PC up to a LCD TV
The processor is the weak point. You must have a Phenom 1 triple core. If you have a 720p tv then the 5750 or 5770 would be enough. DA2 taxes the processor Quite a bit and it's optimized to run on a Quad-Core processor. Both of the graphics cards are capable of playing DA2 game at medium Quality settings, In DX11 mode, on a 1080p TV. You would take a hit with that processor running at 2.1ghz, but the game should be playable at a setting that exceeds the PS3.
Even if you have to run the game in DX10 mode it will still look better than the PS3.
I would look at the motherboards QVL list and see what you can upgrade to. The Phenom II processors are out of production and what's currently on the market is backstock. You can put an AM3 processor on an AM2+ motherboard if the BIOS supports the processor. I would check to see if you can't upgrade to the Phenom II X4 945 95w, since it consumes less power.
Always go for the PC version if it's available. I like to play my games on consoles too, which is why I always have a 360 controller to play all PC games, even though I don't have a 360. I personally hate the 360.Dragon Age 2: PS3 or PC?
Hay it me the one you said that didn't go to school the reason I spelled some words wrong was cuz I'm using a touch screen phone and its annoying to fix all the mistake on this phone so don't troll if you don't know the facts
I recommend the PS3 because your fps rate hast to be high on a console. On a pc your fps may be low making gameplay less pleasurable. But if you have a high quality pc then get the pc version.
