Why doesn't my Graphics card work with my PC?

I desperately want to play Dragon Age: Origins for PC. I have 2 options, buy a new PC that will run it or upgrade my current PC. I bought new RAM and a couple Graphics cards for my current PC, but only 1 Graphics card fit into the slot. The ONLY thing that is keeping me from slaying the archdemon is the fact that the Graphics Card's drivers wont install!

My PC is Windows Vista 32bit Compaq SR5109

My Graphics Card is a Nvidia Geforce 9300GS with five hundred and something MB of Video Memory.

Whenever I try to play Dragon Age it gives me this message "could not find a supported video card"

Whenever I try to install the drivers it gives me this message "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit". I don't know why it won't install! Ever since I put the Graphics Card into my PC it's been REALLY slow too... Does anyone know how I can install the drivers? I've tried the website, everything! =(Why doesn't my Graphics card work with my PC?
try going to the site and downloading the correct version or most come with disk for it try installing it from that.

make sure you have the correct os for the drivers.
