Buying Dragon Age for PC CD or buy the downloaded version from gamespot?

Are there much of a difference between the 2? I mean like, I know that with the CD I can install it on any computers I want but I was wondering if it was any different if I was to download it onto my computer directly from the gamespot site after buying it.Buying Dragon Age for PC CD or buy the downloaded version from gamespot?
I'd probably get it from steam instead. They try to make games re-installable unlimited times, although all developers don't agree (then it says on the page). Steam has loads of awesome sales, and is a wellknown gaming community.Buying Dragon Age for PC CD or buy the downloaded version from gamespot?
There's another option: Steam.

I get a ton of games from them and that's one of those direct 2 drives. Best of all if you wait long enough they usually have like a 50 or 75% off sale. I got Batman Arkham Asylum for 7 bucks. Also there's no limit to how many times you can download a game.
